What with the current cold snap here in the Northeast, it’s time to get the damn winter coat out of the closet. This is always the time of year that I ask myself why the hell I ever left Southern California.
That was, until last year when I discovered the joy of the down jacket. With its lightweight goodness, amazing warmth and zillions of pockets for iPods and wallets and crap, I would be lost without it. In fact, next to my iPod, it’s like the best purchase I’ve made in years.
Here’s some dude in goggles making my Helly Hansen Double Down jacket look way douchier than it is.
