The city’s favorite bar for “Page Six” sightings, this lamely named bar and restaurant caters to the starving artist with a trust fund and young celeb/hip-hop artist crowd. The waitresses tend to be anorexic and make you feel really bad for ordering anything more than water and a mint, and if you can’t live on cigarettes and Cosmopolitans, don’t bother shimmying up to the bar. The food ranges from serviceable to somewhat tasty, but the real draw is the cutting edge PR firm upstairs, Great Ink Communications. [MF]
