Feeling more like your buddy’s studio apartment than a space for public congregation, Bouche is not much more than a closet with a fridge, a table and a couple stools in front of a tiny bar. Behind this bar sits the bartender, reading some mass market Dostoyevsky book, and smiling when you order one of the few beers they have. Don’t go here expecting a party, and you won’t be disappointed.
