The sheer number of Italian restaurants in NYC is staggering. Add Caffè Buon Gusto to the heap, and call it what it is–a serviceable work/after work Italian joint that serves up plentiful helpings of pasta, sparing the extra flavorings and sparing your wallet. This is the perfect place to go before catching a movie or if you are just feeling too lazy to cook. Sometimes it’s worth the couple extra bucks to have someone serve you something any semi-decent cook could throw together at home. [MF]
