Who knew tofu took two hours to rot, or spoil, or whatever it does to become tofu. This pseudo healthfood joint draws every Upper West Side chick who thinks she’s going to get thin eating this crap — and she just might, waiting for the less than quick kitchen to do whatever it is they do to prep your curd. Otherwise, the food is not bad, but like most vegetable matter, it leaves you with that empty, gaseous feeling that leaves you asking yourself, “How much have vegetarians contributed to the hole in the ozone?” [MF]
